Inputs. Outputs. Outcomes

🚀 Fact of the Week
Bible sales in Ireland are at their highest level in over a decade.
According to a report from The Times, the surge is being driven largely by Gen Z’s growing interest in spiritual content online.
Are we starting to see a generation searching for meaning and purpose in a world that feels increasingly chaotic?
🧠 This Week’s Learning: Inputs, Outputs & Outcomes
I listened to a video by Chris Williamson recently where he broke down three simple words:
Inputs. Outputs. Outcomes.
And I had one of those “ohhh damn” moments.
Inputs are your effort.
I went to the gym 4 times this week.
I spent an hour each evening working on my business.
Inputs prove you’re trying.
Outputs are the work completed.
I finished every workout.
I made 3 posts for my business.
Outputs prove you did something.
But here’s the trap…
You can hit the gym 4 times and still not progress.
You can work 5 hours on your business and not grow it.
Outputs can make you feel productive — without creating impact.
That’s where outcomes come in.
Outcomes are real-world change.
+10kg on your bench press.
10 more sales than last week.
Hitting your minimum order quantity.
Outcomes measure progress.
They tell you if what you’re doing is actually moving the needle.
This hit me hard when building JITY.
The process of making chicken powder has three steps:
Bone it. Cook it. Dry it.
My desired outcome was hitting MOQ.
I was pouring effort into cooking — working until midnight, feeling productive.
But my output of powder wasn’t increasing… because the dryer could only handle a fixed amount.
I was maxing inputs.
Completing outputs.
But my outcome wasn’t changing.
Once I restructured the dryer and stacked the shelves differently — output doubled.
Same effort.
Better system.
Faster progress.
If you measure inputs, you get good at trying.
If you measure outputs, you get good at doing.
If you measure outcomes, you get good at winning.
Ask yourself:
Are you busy… or are you moving the needle?
🏗️ JITY Update
We’re officially counting days, not months, until we hit our minimum order quantity.
Honestly, not many people believed we’d make it this far — myself included at times. But here we are. The finish line is in sight, and it’s lit a fire under us to push harder and bring JITY back into the spotlight.
You’ll start to see us ramping up our social presence again — this time with real momentum behind it.
In other news, we’ve just placed an order for some seriously clean tees. Versatile, sharp, and built to be worn anywhere — communions, confirmations, funerals… and yes, the gym. They look unreal under a barbell.
As always, newsletter subscribers will get first access to the tees and the powder before anyone else.
TRAIN HARD. THINK DEEP.
