Problems Are the Path

🚀 Fact of the Week
Around 90% of the world uses a drug daily.
The drug?
Caffeine.
Technically, it’s a psychoactive stimulant — it alters brain chemistry, increases alertness, and changes mood.
Which makes caffeine the most widely used drug on Earth.
🧠 This Week’s Learning: Problems Are the Path
Building JITY has been some of the hardest — and most rewarding — work I’ve ever done.
Seeing someone you don’t know wearing a JITY hoodie never gets old. Those moments are special. But behind them has been a constant stream of problems.
Early on, I believed a comforting lie:
Once the company is properly set up, the problems will disappear.
They didn’t.
First it was turning chicken into powder.
Then making it dissolve properly.
Then producing enough to hit minimum order quantities.
Then believing more money or bigger machines would finally smooth things out.
Each problem solved simply revealed the next one.
That’s when it clicked: problems aren’t a bug in life — they’re a feature.
There will never be a moment where challenges stop showing up. The only thing that changes is the level of problems you’re capable of solving.
For a while, I tried to escape that reality by numbing out — scrolling, distracting myself, avoiding the pressure. But the problems were always there when I came back.
Facing them head-on turned out to be easier than avoiding them.
Now I see problems as part of the deal.
They hold less power.
They create less stress.
Not because they’ve disappeared —
but because I’ve stopped expecting a life without them.

🏗️ JITY Update
Not much to report on the surface — but you’ll notice a shift in our content as we move into this year.
After sitting for hours trying to create content, it hit me:
What am I doing? I’m not a content creator.
So we’re done forcing it.
Instead, we’re just going to document the process — more raw, behind-the-scenes footage of the actual work. More face-to-camera updates. More honest conversations about the problems we’re solving in real time.
No scripts. No pretending. Just the process.
If you’ve got questions about JITY — the product, the journey, or what goes on behind the scenes — send them through. We’ll start answering them in upcoming videos.
As always,
Train hard. Think deep.
