Truth, Fear, and Forward Motion.

🚀 Fact of the Week
America is smoking weed more than drinking beer daily!
For daily or near-daily use, an estimated 17.7 million Americans reported daily or near-daily use of marijuana, compared with about 14.7 million who reported drinking alcohol at the same high frequency.
🧠 This Week’s Lesson: Questions That Cut Through the Noise
Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve been diving deep into thought-provoking questions — the kind that force you to separate fear, judgement, and workload from what you actually want.
Questions that expose the truth you’ve been avoiding.
Questions that make your excuses uncomfortable.
Questions that sharpen your purpose.
Here are the three that hit the hardest:
1️⃣ If I knew for certain the effort would pay off, what dream would I start pursuing tomorrow?
2️⃣ What would I attempt if I knew no one would judge me for failing or succeeding?
3️⃣ What version of me do I secretly hope to become — and what’s one action that person would take right now?
It was question #2 that really stopped me.
What would I attempt if I knew no one would judge me?
My honest answer?
I’d go all-in on JITY.
I’d push chicken protein to the front of the market and make it a new standard.
And that’s when I realised something important:
I had two fears in front of me, not one.
✅ The fear of people judging me — if I failed or even if I succeeded.
✅ The fear of not fulfilling my purpose — of never trying, never reaching, never becoming who I’m meant to be.
Most of us only acknowledge the first fear.
We don’t realise there’s a second one quietly waiting to be chosen.
When I flipped the perspective, everything changed.
The fear of missing my calling became stronger than the fear of judgement.
And suddenly, that fear turned into fuel.
Sometimes the shift you need isn’t courage — it’s choosing the right fear to listen to.
🏗️ JITY Update
The last two weeks have been huge for us.
We sent out a fresh round of samples to 10 lucky subscribers — and the feedback from you has been unreal. Hearing so many of you say you'd take it daily has given us another surge of motivation.
That energy has carried straight into production.
The dryer’s been running consistently, and we’ve locked in another two solid weeks of output. Every batch gets us closer.
We’ve also started shaping our launch plan for when the product finally drops. And along the way, we uncovered something interesting about whey:
Because it’s a dairy product, whey can increase insulin and IGF-1 — hormones that boost oil production and speed up skin cell turnover. For some people, that means clogged pores and acne flare-ups.
So we’re running experiments to see if our chicken protein avoids that spike in insulin and IGF-1. If that proves true, it could mean cleaner skin, fewer breakouts, and the same gains — a win for performance and health.
Locked in. More coming soon. 🔒🔥
✍️ One-Liner to Carry With You
Most people fear judgement — the ambitious fear wasted potential.
