TRAIN HARD. THINK DEEP. RISE ABOVE.

TRAIN HARD. THINK DEEP. RISE ABOVE.

🚀 Fact of the Week

When the clocks go back, rates of depression rise by around 11%, according to a Danish study.

That one lost hour of light throws off our circadian rhythm — the body’s internal clock that governs energy, mood, and focus.

When your rhythm’s out of sync, everything feels heavier.

But here’s the flip side: awareness gives you control. As the days get darker, protect your light.
Move your body. Get morning sun. Keep your routines tight.

🧠 This Week’s Lesson: Hate Always Comes From Below

This one line completely changed how I view hate.

When I catch myself hating on someone, I remind myself:
If I’m hating, I’m placing myself below them.
I’m admitting they’re ahead — and that stings.

So instead of asking, “Why them?” I ask, “How do I rise up?”
That small shift changes everything.

It moves you from dragging others down to building yourself up.
From comparison to construction.

And here’s the thing — when you stop trying to pull people down, you become less affected when others try to do it to you.

Most hate happens quietly — behind closed doors, in DMs, in gossip.
But no matter how it spreads, it always finds a way to reach you.

When you stop participating in it, you build a kind of peace.
You stop being haunted by what people say, because you’re too busy rising above it.

🏗️ JITY Update

Lately, we’ve been thinking a lot about who JITY really is.

Whether we shape it intentionally or not, every brand develops an identity.
So we’ve decided to own ours.

If we had to describe the vision, it’s somewhere between Gymshark and Modern Wisdom — the physical meets the philosophical.

When you scroll Gymshark, you feel inspired to train harder.
When you listen to Modern Wisdom, you walk away thinking deeper.

That’s the space we want to live in.
A brand that pushes you to TRAIN HARD AND THINK DEEP.
Because strength isn’t just built in the gym — it’s built in your mind.

On the production side, we hit a small setback last week — a lower yield in our dried product. Turned out we’d been adding too much water during cooking.
We’ve now adjusted the process, cutting drying time and squeezing in an extra batch every week. Progress is progress.

And for the colder months ahead — our Bordeaux hoodie is in the works, dropping soon alongside the classic brown.
Clean, warm, and perfectly in season.

Stay locked in. Big moves ahead. đź”’
