Mastery, Milestones, and Momentum

Mastery, Milestones, and Momentum

🤯 Factoid of the Week:

📱 Screen Time Reality Check

Gen Z averages 7 hours and 18 minutes of screen time every day.
That’s 112 full days a year spent on a phone.

Now imagine this: if you redirected just one of those hours each day into mastering a single skill, where would you be in a year? Two years? Five years?

It gets deeper — 73% of people say their phone use delays their bedtime. Sleep is one of the biggest performance enhancers we all have, and yet most of us are trading it for endless scrolling. The question is: can you stand out from the crowd and be part of the small percentage who put their phone away before bed?

I’ve recently started tracking and reducing my own screen time. One simple thing that’s helped me: setting app limits on TikTok and Instagram. Small habit, big difference.

The Secret to Standing Out: Master One Craft

So, what’s your one thing to go all in on?

Maybe it’s football. Maybe it’s running. Maybe it’s climbing the corporate ladder at your job. Or maybe it’s something creative, like poetry, or something intellectual, like studying stoic philosophy. Whatever it is, the key is to fully commit and go deep.

The question to ask yourself is: Can I become a master of this craft? When you focus on one thing and refine it to the point where you land in the top percentile, that’s when you start to stand out from the crowd. And more than that—it’s how you create a real sense of purpose in your life.

I’ve noticed this principle more clearly than ever lately, and the best way to explain it is through a couple of examples.

Take Caleb from Clarkson’s Farm. He’s now a familiar face to millions, but not because he trained as an actor or tried to play up jokes for the camera. Caleb became known simply by being himself. He’s lived the farming life for years, became incredibly good at it, and now even advises Jeremy Clarkson. His expertise and authenticity—not pretending to be someone else—are what made him stand out.

Another example is Sam Sulek, the gym influencer and bodybuilder. Sam is completely obsessed with the gym and everything that comes with it. He’s gone all in—devoting himself to training, nutrition, and bodybuilding, while tuning out distractions. His content is raw and authentic, which makes him unique. Unlike other influencers who rely on flashy poses, Sam often just sits in his car and talks openly about dieting, workouts, and training techniques. He found his niche, went all in, and people connect with him because he’s unapologetically himself.

The lesson is simple: whatever your thing is, block out the noise, commit fully, and be yourself. That’s how you build mastery, stand out from the crowd, and live with purpose.

🏗️ JITY Update:

âś… First Pop-Up Event = Complete

The motivation we’ve taken from this event is unreal. The overall feedback was clear: our product is smooth, tasty, and has that milkshake-like feel we were aiming for.

The next step? Fine-tuning the nutritional side of our sample batch before moving into full-scale production. Behind the scenes, we’re working on producing our chicken protein powder. Once ready, it’ll be sent to our manufacturer, where it will be blended with flavors and packed into tubs. It’s a process that takes time, but we’re committed to pushing it forward with everything we’ve got.

And while chicken protein powder is our main focus, it was amazing to see people loving the quality of our hoodies too — many even bought them on the day. They’re now live on our website, but here’s the inside scoop: you’ve got until 5 PM today to grab yours before we announce it publicly.

👉 Check out the hoodies here

It still feels surreal that we’re already doing a second drop and building this kind of momentum. But one thing’s for sure — we’re keeping our foot on the throttle.
